I just got off the phone with H & Q securities and they could not find any new news or PR on this company. If you have a copy we all would like to see it.

On Oct 27th the following filings to sell shares took place:

Does anyone know who this is and their relationship
to the company?
I believe the filers now have 90 days in which to sell
or they have to re-file their intentions.
