>>PC MAGAZINE REVIEW:"Sell it ON THE WEB" Feature Story: HMAPPS?

Commerce Made Simple

"...Teaming SimpleNet's hosting service with Miva Corp's e-commerce package Miva Merchant, Commerce Made Simple (CMS)...offers a relatively complete set of order-processing features but lacks an authoring tool...of the products we looked at, CMS is the only one that does not provide any Web site development or page authoring tools*...will limit the market for CMS among small and medium-size companies that feel more comfortable with a single-source solution. Not having a front-end development tool also introduces design problems...Commerce Made Simple and Miva Merchant are in the early stages of their development...SimpleNet needs to bolster the authoring*, site administration*, and reporting features to compete with the more well-rounded packages reviewed in this roundup..." source: **

WHAT?!...so what the hell is HMAPPS all about??? and where is THAT review?!?!?!...one for the Rabins?...perhaps they saw the handwriting on the wall before we did [and now with Online Merchant's critical acclaim???]....this pretty much confirms SoftQuad Inc as a sink hole and [still] with [no] marketing as evidenced by the ignominious absence of HMAPPS in this PC MAGAZINE feature cover story review...SoftQuad Inc simply HAS to be a SIMPLE|NET acquisition pursuant to this article or whomever is funding SIMPLE|NET should simply shut them down also and cut their losses...

SIMPLE|NET Miva/CMS simplenet.com miva.com

*HMAPPS CMS sq.com and HoTMetaL Pro 5.0 sq.com ???

...again, does this [Nov 17 PC MAGAZINE Feature Cover Story <http://www.zdnet.com/pcmag/features/e-comm_prod98/index.html>] confirm SIMPLE|NET is SoftQuad Inc.'s acquiror?....it unequivocally? confirms that SoftQuad Inc is a sink-hole [to SoftQuad International (NASD OTC BB:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI)]...
