OMNI; in ''my'' humble opinion...

Has great earnings capacity; the demand is there for their services. A few analysts actually increased their EPS estimates right up untill this quarter's release. What has been reported, and I fully agree; is that they had ''growing pains'' in relocating resources and expanding into So America. They have addressed these; and the future looks very bright indeed in So America. See their recent PR on this...

They specialize in the transition zone - which is found in So America - with vast areas of new exploration and seismic activity. Also; guess what type of ''topography'' exists in the Caspian Sea - which is basically unexplored - seismic-wise; the Caspian has vast ''Transition Zones''... the International Expansion is with existing Industry partners and we haven't seen the tip of the iceberg imho. OMNI can be one of the true growth companies in the Oilpatch - not overnight- but a great 2-3-4 year continual expansion story. These guys are very well respected, have a gameplan and are executing well.

Check FGII's book value as well... this does vary from co to co - items like goodwill, or the valuations on their equipment & facilities etc...their's doesn't bother me - I would say that OMNI like most companies will not see their prior 52 week low's again; so as far as a bottom for OMNI ? - I'd say we pretty close right here...
