To all newcomers, Dont take that as a smart ass answer. If you go back and read this thread since post 1 (I'll save you the trouble) we have waxed philosophical over the moves in the Q's price. Many ideas have been forwarded. We seem to have the down drafts pretty well cornered: Ramsey Vacation Effect; Good News; purchases by yours truely and a couple of other minor ones. The larger mystery remains the up trends. More "Buyers than sellers" is the thread's attempt to shed some light on positive moves. :-) Jeff Vayda
