I got this one on Yahoo

"just got off the phone with tess, glen is back in town and they will be releasing a news release sometime today, i doubt if it is subscriber numbers, but probably another strategic partner is my guess, but whatever it is, it has to be positive (imo) so good luck to all longs, shorts-your days are over
ps dont day trade this thing and drive it back down, this is a long term hold, dont sell out for pennies when you could be making dollars in the near future (imo) "

Happy Investing,
Johnny

NEWS!!!

NEW YORK, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink, pronetlink.com
(OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK), the Webtool(SM) and Internet directory
specializing in global trade, has released the following update on its product
development.
Since the launch of Version 2.0 at the end of August, ProNetLink has been
actively working on marketing the site, establishing strategic alliances and
the development of new tools and functionality.
ProNetLink has been successful in establishing strategic alliance interest
from a number of major Chambers of Commerce around the world. These Chambers
are now reviewing proposals from ProNetLink to develop the PNL membership base
as well as provide their Chamber information to PNL members. Recently,
representatives of ProNetLink attended meetings in the Middle East and Europe
with very positive results. ProNetLink also met with major companies in
Geneva and Tel Aviv who are interested in acting as exclusive ProNetLink sales
agents within their countries. Once the agreements are completed these
companies will provide ProNetLink sales offices in those countries and the
tools needed to sell ProNetLink more aggressively, the ability to answer
questions in the local language and report specific needs back to ProNetLink
from within those markets. ProNetLink is looking to have sales offices in
most major markets around the world.
The current number of paying members in ProNetLink is lower than the
original plan called for by this time but this is partly due to the increased
time that was necessary for product development. The marketing program began
in September and since then the membership has started going up. "Due to
development issues we were slower then we originally planned to bring the full
marketable capabilities of ProNetLink to the end user," said Jean Pierre
Collardeau, President of ProNetLink. "However, now that the development has
reached the advanced stages, we expect accelerated growth in membership."
ProNetLink has hired a new Executive V.P. who comes from a major company
in the import-export business and is highly regarded within the industry as an
expert in global commerce. His responsibilities will be to generate
membership through his contacts and resources, supervise the sales staff,
develop new internet trade programs and maintain the continuity of the
information on the website. He is scheduled to begin at ProNetLink within the
month. A full announcement will follow.
ProNetLink has service marked the term "Webtool(SM)." The company
believes that this term more accurately describes the function of what
ProNetLink offers on the Internet. A website has the potential of being
static where as a Webtool(SM) provides the user with a functioning interactive
Internet tool.
ProNetLink has expanded its offices at 645 Fifth Avenue in New York City
to accommodate the increased number of employees and operations that will take
place there.
Development has begun on the interface between the National Customs
Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association of America and ProNetLink.
ProNetLink expects to have all the NCBFAA member offices around the world
interactively connected within the ProNetLink Webtool.

If we establish an environment in which electronic commerce can grow and flourish, then every computer will be a window open to every business, large and small, everywhere in the world. Not only will industry leaders such as IBM be able to tap in to new markets, but the smallest start-up company will have an unlimited network of sales and distribution at its fingertips. It will literally be possible to start a company tomorrow, and next week do business in Japan and Germany and Chile, all without leaving your home, something that used to take years and years and years to do. In this way, the Internet can be, and should be, a truly empowering force for large and small business people alike.

In the 21st century, we can build much of our prosperity on innovations in cyberspace, in ways that most of us cannot even imagine. This vision contemplates an America in which every American -- consumers, small business people, corporate CEOs -- will be able to extend our trade to the farthest reaches of the planet. If we do the right things now, in the right way, we can lead our economy into an area where our innovation, our flexibility, and our creativity yield tremendous benefits for all of our people; in which we can keep opportunity alive, bring our people closer to each other, and bring America closer to the world.
