Thanks for the very interesting link. I'm no expert, so take the following comments with a grain of salt if you like.

Wow!! That sounds VERY innovative! A debtless financing company. Maybe they can finance the purchase of my new home in a manner that would allow me to purchase it without going into debt.

That sounds good. Let's add 5-to-1 leverage to a wildly cyclical industry. That should stabilize things. Perhaps we can even get the management of Long Term Capital to help us with the plan.
