I am not quite sure what you mean by low volume. Cools volume has actually been increasing, and well off of its lows back in early October; of an average volume of less than 100,000 shares. This is a good purchase for Cool. They have for practical purposes expanded their market by 50 to 100 percent. This purchase has several benefits. One being the elimination of one of Cools competitors. This also helps Cool achieve greater cost control with their warehouse and fixed costs, because they are now spread out over the increased volume of shipments that will result because of the rapid growth of Cools customer base.
