Hmmm well in the astronaut example I was not thinking that wealth was a factor, although come to think of it I believe most astronauts are wealthy. But many careers will make you wealthier for sure. I chose it because I think having a mother like that would inspire greatness or a desire for such in the kids. Interesting I can see you dont get that at all. Wow this is quite a revelation to me. Perhaps those that think like you are more down to earth in your goals and desires vs. my crowd which a definitely dreamers. Maybe thats the entire differentiator right there.

BTW I think any kid that just sees their own mother on a space flight would be better off than a kid with a stay at home mom, involvement or no.

The first quality of a good mom should be that she doesn't pay a doctor to murder her newborn in delivery. Something the material girl might want to consider.
