Yup, serves Clinton right Bush left him with that parting gift. Remember, "The Iraqi people should rise up against Saddam"? Then when they did, it turns out George didn't mean THOSE people. The Kurds, who we have a long tradition of selling down the river, and the Shiites, who, well, you know, have these bad associations.

David - I'm sure Iraq is terrified. Every time they step closer to the line of destruction, Clinton and Co. gracefully move the line backward.

But of course, especially in foreign affairs, the president's character doesn't really matter does it?

Only when an Iraqi anthrax bomb goes off in NYC will this administration act, and they'll manage to get the media to deflect the blame to Bush for not finishing Desert Storm.
