Hello Bull,

DOJ v. MSFT is certainly one good reason for the stock lack of performance. Another reason COULD be big fund mangers dumping MSFT and taking profit in OCT to make the yearly result look good! I am wondering myself!!

Bull-like, MSFT's latest earnings were brilliant, and the techs are leading the market upwards. Microsoft's problem is the law suit, and I think the stock price will jump >20% if the suit is thrown out. Let's hope it doesn't drag on too long.
