...I have no idea how a company with no revenues to speak of can continue to spend millions and millions on SG&A, year after year, and do so with a straight face. It's terribly irresponsible, and if mgt. ever had the courage to allow the company's common shareholders to vote on who should run the company going forward I have a feeling that this nonsense would stop. Why haven't there been annual shareholder meetings, or shareholder votes on -- board membership, key decisions on restructuring, or divestiture of key assets?
