The next president will have the guts, moral authority and worldwide respect to fix the mess in Iraq properly.

George didn't have a chance? The American people would have risen up and impeached him if he'd let the war go on another day? Or if he'd actually helped the Iraqi people who rose up against Saddam instead of ignoring them until it became another refugee embarrassment, because they weren't the right "people"? I.e. a suitable military guy suitable for the neighborhood? George had a year and a half to figure something out, you know.

Then there's the matter of Bush's pre-war dealings with Iraq, on the subject of "food" credits, among others, and the honest and forthright attempt to pin the immediate pre-invasion mixed signals on April Glaspie.
