Why would Starr withhold round two of negative announcements until after the election ? If anything, opposition to Clinton will subside after the election. Do you really think the election results will negatively impact the pog. If anything, a republican sweep would depress the pog and a democratic sweep would raise it via prospects of deficit spending, more social programs ect. but I have to observe that much greater macro economic forces are at work here.
