Don't think I can help too much in that department. I'm not sure how extensive Dell's efforts are in the channel, perhaps others on this forum might be able to help here. I doubt it's much of a change in their model, perhaps an 'augmentation' of it. I do know that Dell has had a group of salesman that sell to accounts all over the US for some time now. I have seen comments on this thread from time to time that Dell has had a presence in the channel, I just don't know the scope of it. John
