Well, Scott, maybe you're excited, but I find if this comes to pass, I find it sad for the (worthless) stock holders of SYQT. In that I can find no joy. If you look at things over the past couple of years (since Jaz came out), it seemed pretty clear (to me) that the large-cap removable storage was to be a niche product for the near- to intermediate-future, anyway. Everyone here knows Iomega makes its big bucks on the Zip, not Jaz. It's a pity that SyQuest was so poorly managed (so I read, anyway) that there was no solution that could accomodate both companies.
