Oh Sunny...you make my life so (I forget how it goes) !

I'm in a feel good mood. Why ? The IPO for one. But the other reason I'm in a good mood ? Well, according to an SEC 8-K document now at EDGAR CBS' EBITDA (whatever that is ?) grew a whopping +57% in the '98 3rd qtr compared to their previous 3rd qtr ! That's $336,000,000 ! And for the first '98 nine months their EBITDA (spelling ?) is up +66% to $882,000,000 ! Now wonder what that EBITDA could be after 12 months ?

Anyway, can someone tell us what that EBITDA info means ? So far it isn't reflected in the stock price as we were over $28ish last time the DOW was as high as it is now. What else does the 'street' want ?

I wonder if CBS is still buying back shares ? Haven't they gotten something like 25mill back up to and including their 3rd qtr ? So we don't know their 4th qtr potential 'buys' yet, right ? I would hope that they took advantage of some of those 'fire-sale' (whatever that is ?) prices like $18 in early October '98 and $20ish and $24ish, etc.

I'd love it if MK get's 'her' back to $34ish again soon !

Thanks
