I am sure the suit is moving alone...meanwhile SNDK is making a long awaited move to reality land. Xmas season is upon us and with the news today of doubling the storage size it should move continue creeping up. Just my opinion. Will look at the charts later to see what the resistance levels are.

Regards,
Tom

Is the lawsuit with Lexmark or Lexar?
By the way Lexmark is coming out with a printer
that will produce copies from the camera without
any need for a PC. The printer will have a
microprocessor and sell for something like $350.
As I understand the announcement the printer can be
linked to the camera directly [some cameras have
internal memory] or the printer will accept
flash cards. In either case this sounds like a big
potential market for flash

Tom and Thread,

UPDATE...Volume topped out at over 600,000 shares. With all the weak hands out I hope the next resistance level is $28.00. There are a lot of faithful (long) investors in SNDK who have yet to see a nickel in profits. Me included.
