Well if there is in fact good news from the trial, I sure hope the SEC takes a look at all the recent buyers (excluding me of course <G>).

IPIC was always pretty leaky, and I suppose ITRC is unlikely to be any different.

General Surgical wins summary judgement

CUPERTINO, Calif., Nov 4 (Reuters) - General Surgical Innovations Inc. said Wednesday it won a summary judgment
in a patent infringement case filed against Origin Medsystems Inc, a unit of Guidant Corp. (NYSE:GDT - news).

The motion, over patent 5,514,153, was granted by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, General Surgical said in a
statement.

The company claimed Origin infringed the patent entitled ''Method of Dissecting Tissue Layers,'' with the use of its PDB 1000, PDB 2, Extra View
Balloon-Round and Extra View Balloon-Oval products for laparoscopic surgery and VasoView products for cardiovascular surgery.

General Sugical said it will now seek an injunction to take Origin's products off the market.
