second part of a38... court case resume soon. it was not dismissed as you suggest. as far as trial i tell you many time already if andy mann or any defendants want trial they can file one but stock must be returned immediately as court order state. they can file and hope to get it back but they have little chance it was got illegally. you must let court continue to work this stuff out. it is not good for you to bring this up. remember you ask about calif. case? well it was dismissed that is why jihad get you to help her and spread lies about arbitration and judgement against aznt. you are wrong again so when i tell you to let court handle this you might listen to me. si is not court room and we are not lawyers or judge. spider
