It is a different market and a different sitution. You have the FCC ruling; the adoption of G-Lite as a standard; many things have changed since the last speculation. Also; you might forget that PAIR really is at the top of aquisition lists and so rumors may come and go; but one day they will be real. $22 to 24 bucks for a buyout. You want to short it?

Joe, have you already shorted or are you planning on doing so? I've been holding PAIR for over a year now and it seems like when it runs up on strong volume like this, it usually does so for about 3 maybe 4 days before coming back down. I'm hoping that trend continues because I still need 5 points just to break even on this. If it hits 18.5 in the next few days or weeks, I am definitely getting out and sitting on the sidelines for a while.

Joe, Check your facts. Rumors worked great back in June when the stock moved back up to $20 by the day of the stockholders meeting (June 24), then Charlie showed up on CNBC and opened his big mouth and the rest is history. Anyone heard anything about a repeat performance tomorrow AM? Greg
