Yeah yeah. He needed to have the 480K shares to open an account that would "prove" to his clients that he had, or could expect soon to have, the 4mm shares he intended to sell 'em. Except that as a trader and dealer he already had plenty of accounts, and, um, he also already had the 4mm shares.

Sooooo, sure, makes sense to me. Think you could convince Koko of this one, much less a judge? lololololol!!!
