yeah, I read that a while ago, but okay, how I got in the position to defend this company, I don't know...

. But it appears that the spin-doctors are beginning to lose their ability to smooth over every disappointing qtr with investors, as the market has lost patience with companies that initially promised profits in a few years but have done nothing but come back to the market with their hands out (i.e. additional equity and debt offerings). In fact, e-commerce companies aren't even moving in the right direction on a bottom-line basis

First off, let's talk about it in that few years. They're like a nine month old IPO. Secondly(and I haven't gotten into the financials yet), it appears they have like $14,000,000 in cash on hand. Hardly screaming "second public offering" yet.

And thirdly, In fact, e-commerce companies aren't even moving in the right direction on a bottom-line basis. Do you know what the right direction really is? I don't think that can be determined at their early stage. Surely you can see the need to create stratigic alliances. And I would think from any growing companies' stand point these are viewed as a must in order to capture the market how ever they can. But agreeded not "at any price". I don't see that happening yet.

edit in: And this wasn't a disappointing quarter. last two yes. but this time they surprised.

For the "PUMP n DUMP" crowd...SEC CRACKDOWN ON)

Dated again, but notation taken. IMO, that's not what this company is about. And that's not what I'm about. Sure, it's easy to get excited on a run like that, and emotions usually flow over into the posts, but it's more honest to be straight forward about ones motives up front, and let it be taken into consideration whiloe reading his posts. Curious, are you short? I have no problem with those who short, unless the mark it behind "the sky is falling, and that's all" posts. Shit, I even posted to a short thread today asking their opinions on how much more they thought it might go.

This was a pre earnings run, and probably now out of gas. much like a company reporting a surprise in earnings, and making a run on the news. Was $10 justified? I am not in a position to answer that. BUt I'll take it just the same.
