Larry: There is much more detailed info regarding Infinity IPO at CBS' marketwatch web site. I am real excited about it as I am hoping that it happens soon (this month ?) and helps CBS' stock get over into the $30ish area (again) ?

Regarding the IPO does this mean that CBS gets $2.5bill to pay off that note ? Does this mean INF gets the rest of the IPO $ raised ? If CBS gets $2.5bill and pays off that note what will they (CBS) do with the $2.5bill ? Will it all show in the 4th qtr numbers ? Could this be the home run that Barrons indicated Mel K would have to deliver as he "has pointed to the stands" ?

That Barrons article over the weekend was also noted in the NYPost today and as I said before I don't buy it. Did the CBS board just learn that Mel K was a cost conscious manager ? I doubt it. Just my 2 cents but I think unless these papers name their sources I don't buy it.

Thanks
