Hate to point this out but SCSI within the confines of Macintosh is nere a problem... I have a 4 device chain (including the computer)..... I once had a scsi conflict with a scanner that I never did resolve and had to send back.... why are conflicts more prevalent with PC ScSI? Because of the open-ness of all subsystems to user intervention which is not the case with Macs?

Just curious, I know you're current enviroment does not include Mac...put we really know very little bout your past.. Mr Cosmic Ray <gg>
