Wow, me get beat by someone else on APCO news? Guess that would be different. <g> Maybe I should wait to see if I can just follow up with any info that he might leave out.

Then again I could just summarize and see if anybody mentions anything that I leave out.

1. Honda has made it clear that they aren't looking at anyone else. The contract is basically closed and not open for other bids.

2. Banc One program is rolling out in Ohio. They already have 24 to 25 dealers signed up.

3. Negotiation with Manheim for a national product around the corner. Pilot program going very well.

4. Presentation to several large dealers regarding "AutoConnect" went very well. Looking for it to start generating revenue in January with $$ to the bottom line late 99 to 2000.

5. Simionize being very well excepted.

6. I had told you to look for the one time sleeper of .01 or .02 for the one time settlement of the insurance situation. Apco instead took a conservative approach (boy there is a surprise. lol), and expensed it net zero as a reserved expense for the anticipated move to there new building next year.

7. Last year they had approximately 650 of the 1000 dealers that they average signed up actively selling their product. This year they are at about 810 dealerships actively selling their product.

8. UNRESTRICTED CASH now stands at about 30 million or 2.56 a share.
Still no plans for using the cash right now other than some for the move next year. They remain committed to carrying very little debt. They want to save the money for a potential acquisition should the opportunity present itself a couple of years down the road.
