Jane, I have been lurking for awhile, I have also defended you in the past when some posters were less than kind...but I must admit, you have made your point about DGIV. We know we dont have financials, we know we dont have signed contracts, you dont need to tell us that. Right or wrong, and its our decision, we are patiently awaiting the culmination of months of legwork that began in the early "rocketship" days. Do I know for sure if these contracts will materialize? absolutely not...but I do know the sector and DGIV doesn't have to be the next Worldcom to make me a ton of money. Turning a few MOUs into signed contracts will look mighty attractive to the "big boys" that might just offer us a deal we cant pass up. So Jane, maybe you should respect those who made the decision to stay in DGIV...Our downside risk is .75 our upside potential in a buyout scenario is much much higher. Back to lurking for now.

PS The financials are a "feel good" for us. I really could care less if we have them. Financials wont diminish the riskiness of this stock.
Only contracts will do that.. Have a nice day....Woody

jane, been here since before the rocketship. not invested enough to make a fortune or lose the farm. enjoyed the ride more for the people and frivolity that attached itself to the thread during that period. still love the people.

not intended as hype or bashing

let me first say that i no longer make any attempts to defend the company. it is my opinion that to date dgiv has not delivered and that they have blown certain opportunities. i would add to that however, that i do not believe dgiv is a scam, just a small business with a unique but reasonable business plan and opportunity. there's a reality that all companies face, given their resource and objectives.

not intended as hype or bashing

many of the participants on this thread have been involved in large dd efforts. the posts on this thread don't reflect the effort many have put forth (independently and collectively) to research the status of this stock. from that effort i'm not aware of anyone who participated that no longer holds a position in dgiv. in short, i think we were unanimously satisfied with our results. which brings me to your questions.

not intended as hype or bashing

no one knows precisely what the status of the filing is except the auditors, digitcom and the securities attorney. i think we're comfortable that we've identified to our satisfaction the accountants.
i think we're comfortable that progress is being made. i would say, and this is purely my opinion, that if audited financials (or signed contracts) aren't published by year end that much of the remaining interest in this stock will dissipate.

now for the real point of the post

now, tell us more beach stories. what's the funniest incident you've ever encountered on the beach. regards.
