Okay johnboy arrived, eyes glazed, a wildman, he hit the road at 2am, he's nuts. We've quickly gone over the outstanding shares, the options to TT and Mary etc, etc. 108.595MM outstanding and issued 25.000MM options(TT and Mary) .675MM (mysterious shareholder who paid out 450,000 shares to financial advisors and IR firm) .999MM (to to the consulting firm before Jan 1/99) 1.500MM (to financial advisors) --------- 136.789MM if all options are exercised etc. - full dilution, today. Did we miss anything? Jim, looking for johnboy to buy supper, looking also for his CIMA cheque, john looking for a bed, but we have videos to watch.
