Nihil,
Mordechai in his awful behavior took care of his niece who was orphaned and encouraged her to become a Queen in a beautiful palace. What a terrible uncle. This happened before the plot of Haman against the Jews so Mordechai did in love for her and desire to see her have a husband and a home.
Esther was a gentle woman that loved and respected her husband and he showed the same for her. Vashti's disrespect and enbarassing her husband before all his officials brought her the same disrespect from him.
Esther had great wisdom to listen to her uncle for the death penalty being devised by the wicked HAMAN would have brought her death as well.
Mordechai refused to bow to Haman because he was a Jew. That term means he honors God and will not bow to a man. Like many other Jews.
I see the book of Esther as a book of integrity, courage and faithfullness. You seem to have a problem with Jews and the Bible
for IMO God decided what should be in the Bible and He included this account and if you have a problem with it maybe you should go to God.
