My read on Idexis:

Idexis beat ZULU to the punch when it came to claiming zulugroup.com as a domain name. If they (zulu) wanted it they would have to buy it. I think they bought it.

Trademarks are sold much the same way. A person thinks up a name or variation and claims it through the United States Patent and Trademark Office. That person probably will never use the Trademark personally but if it is a desirable name, s/he can sell or license it to others.

It is quite a lucrative business for some.

I don't think zulu is involved with the porn sights.

I left my round of messages for the 2nd day in a row with Zulu/ESVS, including one for "Offices of Roger Mincheff," who had an answering machine or service that basically said that a "Zulu" staff person would return the call shortly.

Assistant to Justin Walker called me back today, was very nice, and stated that they were striving to get out notices for shareholder meetings for end of November 1998.

I am still trying to get exhibits to Acquisition Agreement attached to ESVS' September 1998 8-K.
