CRNC, a company who just recently started trading in August is looking to release strong financials soon. I am told by a source close to the company that the financials are extremely, extremely strong. I am also hearing we will see the announcement of the acquisition soon which was pushed back from last week. A solid little company (CRNC) in the acquistion mode. Anticipate many more acquisitions, provided the funding allows it.. I have another great little company with a float size of 1.5 million that expects to make announcement of increasing it's locations from 8 to over 50 by the first qtr. of 1999. The company is profitable. It will be fully reporting by the first of the year. BDO Seidman, a big eight firm from New York is doing the audit this week and they will be submitting all the pertinent documents to become fully reporting right after the audit.
