In the past cube has gone up about 20% (on heavy volume) in the weeks leading up to announcement, jumps 10-15% at the announcement and then backs off. This time we got no lead up (unless you count friday's 5-6% uptick on modest volume) and no volume in advance.
Maybe the Investor Retaliation dept. plugged a few leaks?? (Or maybe there are no omniscient shorts left to cover ahead of the story)

Anyway today we got the prescribed 10-15% jump on the news. I think we could get another couple of points of follow through since this news was less anticipated.
On the other hand china could collapse, brazil could default on its debt and Saddams chemical weapons could show up in cuba and Cube could close at eight. (would fowl become fair if this did occur?)

And to think it was just a few days ago when I was complaining about how this sucker wouldn't budge from 17.

Good luck and better profits,
Daniel
