Jeff, Interesting to see the HEC stock swap rumors on Yahoo. Every time I've talked to Al Charuk he has been keenly interested in what is going on with HEC and always spoke very highly of them. I bet Al is leading that charge in PKC. I would not be surprised if Lipsett opposes this though. If memory serves correctly both of these guys bought some stock in the $1.10 financing last year. I would be stunned if they accepted less than that much worth of HEC stock for their PKC stock. I knew about the mention of the Canacabare well in the HEC release. Its just that I had also heard that it was more imminent than that release had indicated but now it doesn't look to be. It will be nice to get some sort of resolution about this turkey one way or the other. Time to move on to other stuff at this point.
