Tell the feckless one that "serial perjury" is a useful term and has been used in the popular media by such scholars as Jonathan Turley and Stuart Taylor.

Given "Cheers'" record at pitifully losing arguments, you'd think he'd have the ability to learn to move on more gracefully to his next loss, rather than continuing to fight his lost battles and compounding his public disgrace.
