David, I have been amazed at the strength of the XAU in the face of weakening POG. We have seen a mega-volume reversal off the 48 low in the XAU and I think we have definitely seen the end of the 18 year bear in gold.

I have one particular stock that I follow as and indicator (Drooy) and I believe we should have one more sell-off in the XAU to find a bottom @ around 70-71. This would have to be cooperative with the POG reversing and the $USD weakening. The $ index looks like it is nearing the end of a bearish flag and the Bonds are crapping out, what's left??? :-)

David, could be making a double top on AOL tomorrow @140 with an ABC countertrend rally.

Check out the volume at the Yahoo peak in July as compared to the subsequent peaks and today.
