Not until the 10q's are filed. The 10K does not make GE current, just current to Dec 31/97. They still owe Q1 and Q2 which are late, and Q3 1998 will soon be late.

Note to self, now I see, 10k is for large companies 10ksb (sb=small business)

Still need 8Q's #1,2,3 I think they will be out by the end of this week or first of next week. Then back on BB and B&D report.
