Milkman, Thanks for the info. I will keep an eye out for the announcement today. The only one I have seen so far is about Checkfree working with EDS on banking issues. EDS needs some major news to give the company a jolt. I often read news announcements from Keane, CSC, and IBM, but EDS seems to spend most of their time in the background. The right CEO could do wonders for this company. Let's hope it happens soon. Dan

Regarding EDS CISCO and HP - EDS In Web Hosting Pact With Cisco, H-P NEW YORK (Reuters) - Consulting and computer systems integration company Electronic Data Systems Corp. (NYSE:EDS - news) said it formed an alliance with Cisco Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:CSCO - news) and Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE:HWP - news) to provide equipment and expertise to companies wanting to do business on the World Wide Web. The financial terms of the pact were not disclosed. The alliance will combine EDS' consulting and systems- integration capabilities with the Internet networking expertise of Cisco, the world's largest networking equipment company and the servers and software of Hewlett-Packard, the computer group, EDS said in a prepared statement.
