Jerry,

Fact: Fred increased his ownership of the common stock shares from 400,000 to 2,531,000. His average cost is near $ .31.

Possibility: May BUY more common stock - Which he intends to do per Jonathan.

Possibility: May Reverse Split - he DOES NOT INTEND to do. This is a CYA per Jonathan.

My Thoughts: Although, I wish they would have stated that Fred was going to buy up to 50 million shares, the fact that he now owns approximately 4 % of the common shares is a good thing. He has skin in the game!

You know what he did, he averaged down, Like I've been doing!
