Let me elaborate abit more for you...I participated in the IPO for this company...at the completion of the IPO Microsoft oferred Madenta a dollar a share take over bid....Now the CEO controls 43% of shares outstanding..and management about 18%..both the CEO and Management refused the deal...with them controlling 61%...it never would have went through. Microsoft felt that madenta technology to be far more superior than theirs in this feild..and thought it cheaper to outright buy madenta instead of a Liscence agreement...So if MSFT valued Madenta at a dollar a share...it might be worth that sometime soon...
