Hi everyone:

After composing my analysis of today PNL's press release, I discovered some of the points I mentioned below were also brought up by Malko, Terri, and others. This goes to show that there are many of us who strongly believe in the concept of PNL and believe it will succeed. Bill on the Hill, thank for your encouragement and support.

Below is my analysis:

Since the launch of Version 2.0 at the end of August, ProNetLink has been actively working on marketing the site, establishing strategic alliances and the development of new tools and functionality.

Meaning they are staying focus on their business plan!

ProNetLink has been successful in establishing strategic alliance interest from a number of major Chambers of Commerce around the world. These Chambers are now reviewing proposals from ProNetLink to develop the PNL membership base as well as provide their Chamber information to PNL members. Recently, representatives of ProNetLink attended meetings in the Middle East and Europe with very positive results. ProNetLink also met with major companies in Geneva and Tel Aviv who are interested in acting as exclusive ProNetLink sales agents within their countries. Once the agreements are completed these companies will provide ProNetLink sales offices in those countries and the tools needed to sell ProNetLink more aggressively, the ability to answer questions in the local language and report specific needs back to ProNetLink from within those markets. ProNetLink is looking to have sales offices in most major markets around the world.

Did anyone catch the ramification of the above paragraph? IMO, What PNL is doing right now is not just establishing 'agents' around the globe to sell PNL service but is also establishing a network of endorsement from major Chambers of Commerce around the world. Working relationship with major companies in Geneva and Tel Aviv are also part of the support infrastructure PNL is building. In other words, this is more than just marketing, PNL is building a backbone of support infrastructure that will allow itself to be integrated into the international world of import/export scenes. In due time, everyone in the import/export businesses will hear or know about ProNetLink. With this kind of network support around the globe, it will be extremely difficult for any newcomer to just come in and open a website to compete. PNL has raised the playing field to a much higher level before any potential wanna-be has a chance to find out what is going on.

And once again, big names attract other big names. The first few endorsements from major Chambers of Commerce around the world will attract other Chambers of Commerce who has not already signed up. The first few working relationship with major companies will attract other major companies around the world who is thinking about signing up. This growth of network support will and can grow exponentially.

The current number of paying members in ProNetLink is lower than the original plan called for by this time but this is partly due to the increased time that was necessary for product development.

We are all very much aware of this fact here. The current price level is our constant reminder.

The marketing program began in September and since then the membership has started going up. ''Due to development issues we were slower then we originally planned to bring the full marketable capabilities of ProNetLink to the end user,'' said Jean Pierre Collardeau, President of ProNetLink. ''However, now that the development has reached the advanced stages, we expect accelerated growth in membership.''

With the kind of support network PNL is building right now, I have no doubt they are expecting accelerated growth in membership!

ProNetLink has hired a new Executive V.P. who comes from a major company in the import-export business and is highly regarded within the industry as an expert in global commerce. His responsibilities will be to generate membership through his contacts and resources, supervise the sales staff, develop new internet trade programs and maintain the continuity of the information on the website. He is scheduled to begin at ProNetLink within the month. A full announcement will follow.

This is a very important role here. A highly regarded Executive from a major company in the import/export business is a key endorsement for PNL. This highly regarded Executive will be part of the draw to induce other big names to sign-up as strategic alliance. The additional connection, contacts, and resources this Executive V.P. brings to PNL will definitely speed up the growth of the support network.

ProNetLink has service marked the term ''Webtool(SM).'' The company believes that this term more accurately describes the function of what ProNetLink offers on the Internet. A website has the potential of being static where as a Webtool(SM) provides the user with a functioning interactive Internet tool.

This is a very astute move! PNL realizes the term website has been overused and is too common to attract any attention. The use of the term "Webtool(SM)" is a wise marketing move. One look at the term "Webtool(SM)" and you will know this site can help you in your business.

ProNetLink has expanded its offices at 645 Fifth Avenue in New York City to accommodate the increased number of employees and operations that will take place there.

It is growing and, IMO, will soon be growing by leaps and bounds!

Development has begun on the interface between the National Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association of America and ProNetLink.

This time around, with lessons learned from the interfacing of Unz & Co and First Impressions, the interfacing of NCBFFA and PNL Webtool should be smooth sailing all the way.

ProNetLink expects to have all the NCBFAA member offices around the world interactively connected within the ProNetLink Webtool.

Does that mean PNL members can access the Webtool and interact with every single one of NCBFAA member offices? How much more efficient can you go from here? How can PNL member not benefit from this convenience?

All in all, this November update is more than just an update, it is the blue print of PNL focused business plan and direction. I can see no wrong here. This is going to be bigger than we bargain for. And when PNL releases news to confirm each of the business plans lays down here in the future, there is no other way for PNLK price to go but UP.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the stuff that long-term investors dream about!

Of course, all of the above are all in my humble opinion only.

Prosperity to ALL!

I think it should be obvious why we have not heard much in the way of marketing specifics when people were getting all concerned. The things which are happening now are exactly what Glenn did NOT want any competition to know about until they were well on their way to completing the plans and getting a big jump on people like Trade Compass. By now I think everyone should be convinced that the management knows how to get the job done! It's only a matter of time now.
