Rumor's vrs Common Sense!

~~TCBG has used Volpak machines before.~~ Are you sure about machines or is it machine? I thought we had determined that what few samples that went out were old and previous runs before Kraft confrontation?

Maybe it works like this. TCBG is able to purchase a machine that packages just like Kraft. The court demands a change in packaging appearance thus changing the manufacturing? TCBG works out a court approved design on paper and Volpak states they can modify for compliance. Everything is back on track but the new design has not been mass produced?

I am long, but fall is now Winter. JMT's.
