Your analysis would only be valid if Snap lake had as much testing done as Diamet and Aber...Winspear should be concerned that BY THE TIME they do enough drilling, COMPLETE a pre-feasibility, DO the environmental , Do the Feasability, etc. Aber will be in production and there may not be the large financing available to complete thier project if it is evident that their diamonds ( if there is enough to mine economically ) will be sold to a saturated market...a economic mine will never be shoved aside for the sake of a property with "potential"...Aber's valuations are based on , I believe, in excess of 10,000 stones, not just a mittful...three or four years ago Kensignton had a particular pipe that had sample valuations of over $100 as well, but further testing proved that this original valuation did not hold for the entire pipe...I am no expert on diamond mines but it just seems logical that given the road that Aber and diamet had, WSP is still a long ways from being considered a "mine"..
