Al R / Insider Buying I want to express a thank you also for listing this data periodically. Sometimes it's confusing or unclear why some of these transactions are taking place. I guess the trick to understanding these transactions is to learn the motive behind the transaction. Exercising options must account for quite a little of purchases. It's commonplace for insiders to sell shares at market price then proceed to expend that capital for share options at a real deep discount to market price. I didn't see that type situation in the current report. The standout in the most current listing is Beau Exploration. The shares purchased by all the listed individuals appear to be at market prices and are a majority of their holdings.
