Trey,

I think IOM's problems are a lack of business objective and plan. They are a local company here and I have seen them since their infancy.

I was extremely unimpressed with their CEO search and I have many friends that work for them. They are a company without a rudder. For all the market share that the Zip has/had the company does not have alot to show for it.

If the drive market was going well, there would be room enough for SYQT, IOM and I think Sony does it too, right?

I just dont think they have it, and their ship has sailed. I liken it to another local company here in Utah, WordPerfect. They had an opp that if managed correctly, could have changed the face of the market. When they were at their peak, they had more market share than MSFT in the word processing arena. They didnt plan, and the smarter company took over and now there is no Word Perfect, they are a part of Correl corp and have a miniscule market share.

A similar story for another local company, NOVL.

Anywho, I think IOM's product cycle is in its maturity stage and it will be extremely difficult to return to a growth cycle for the company. Things do not look great.. That is my 2 cents, but it comes with a bit of info, so it might be worth more than 2 cents.

Again, anyone who trades off of my back will likely be given the curse of Monte Cristo or somthing gruesome like it.... :}

Futures flat at about 1:30 EST..
