Eric...this is significant. Wow. BTW, my fave part of 10K (other than # of shares outstanding)... "...Registrant has offered to purchase the interests...from each of UCL's [coop's] 188 members. If the offer is accepted...Registrant will pay each member approx $10,000, including $3,000 cash, balance in common shares..." If this offer is accepted this is great. Less than $1.2M, only $354K cash to buy the coop out. Important incentive for potential suitors. Regards, the other other Eric
