Puff Daddy, the chart sure does, because it does not take into account higher level external events, where this stock gets its meaning from. Remember recursive meaning gets its meaning from higher levels, like the group CIEN is in first, then the market CIEN is in second, then the overall world markets,etc... The group has major players like NT,LU,which are going up, thus CIEN must go up,chart CIEN,LU,NT,and see what you get. Then look at the US market which is in a uptrend, and the world markets which are. Charts cannot predict global events, they are too narrowly focused, and that will be the eventual turning point, not such a narrowly focused thing as a chart.
