Don -

I don't think SNDK was about $10 just over ayear ago. It might have been in the Spring of 1997 but with what this stock has don to a lot of us well whats a few months anyway.

Strangely enough I still have a good feeling about this company I must be gooing slowly mad!!!

1. The D-Camera side has simply got to take off. Everytime I go into a photo store there is more and stronger product for the camera and surprsingly good developments on the printing side as well. No question that in a year I don't think you will be able to tell the difference between a normal developed print and one off of an HP or Canon. The market in ALL this product must be taking off vertically even now I'd love to se the recent stats.

2. The MMC chip. SNDK is in partnership with Siemens. Siemens is one of the top ten companies in the World it simply doesn't do things lightly.

3. SNDK has great on-going research and new design ins and joint product endorsements on-going and announced ove the last year.

All of this preasure must start to tell sooner or later. I just believe that it must!!!

Regards,

L
