Some points to consider:

1. Management feels no obligation to inform the general shareholder about the present status or future goals of this company beyond the SEC filing requirements.

2. The recent performance has been disappointing at best. If the company can't excel now, what's going to happen when the Year 2000 business goes away?

3. The company has lost the confidence of Wallstreet and doesn't seem to have, or is not willing to execute, a get well plan.

Do these indicate a high risk gamble? I think so. Is the price low enough to justify the risk? I'm not sure. I might be cutting my loss soon.

This is the type of result and news release I was expecting from CMND. Another small SI.
