****MEETING WITH GORDON SCHEDULED****

I will be meeting with Gordon Wednesday afternoon.

I intend to have the resultant findings posted early Wednesday evening.

Preliminarialy, even though things seem to be in a stagnant stage stage, TSIG and CCI are working diligently to bring the companies forward. Thoughts are the quiet period is almost over.

I will be asking the many surface questions continually pursued by all of us and a few others. PM me if there is a subject you want me to try and pursue that has not been beat to death already. Believe me I am aware of the concerns of the members.

Bob

Marty,

I too am of the opinion that a working web-site is most important. A version 2 with more glitz is would be great, but the current design is adequate for now. I've read posts here that say magazines with CCI ads will be on shelves on November 13. So, we've got 10 days to work out all of the major CD purchasing bugs. Whether or not the chat-room works or if our web-site design compares with other online CD vendors seems to have little importance at this time.

Martin,

I hope you are feeling better these days. May be you should take easy a bit!

As usual, a very good post. I wish tsig management reads your post. What we all need right now is a fully functional site regardless of how it looks. Also, artists' names do not have to be spelled correctly. the program should intuitively bring the closest names for selection by the customers. This is how most programs do it. Over the weekend, I wanted to check Barbra Streisand's albums and I spelled the first name as "Barbara". The last name was spelled correctly, but it wouldn't bring anything on the screen. Then my friend told me how her name is uniquely spelled as Barbra which I input and I was able to get her music selections. This is, IMO outright unacceptable. How many of us can spell artists' names correctly? If she didn't spell it for me, I would have been scratching my head as to what I was doing wrong. Web designers, please get off your asses and listen to our suggestions for the good of all of us. Dixie, are you still reading these posts. I hope you take notice of our continuous constructive criticisms.
