Charles, ref MXAM $0.10 dark forces, not. Shorts yes. I wonder if the commitment to buy MXAM in support of the merger is holding back buying? Runyon told me that any potential merger won't happen overnight, there are the lawyers, due dilly, and process timing to consider. Look how long it's taking for us to get dividend details, lawyers. It could take months if ever for the merger deal to be completed. I wonder if a better posture would be to buy now in anticipation of excellent COC results and then sell those shares into strength for the merger funding shares? IMO if Maxam doesn't get good COC results there won't be any merger anyway. Any thoughts?
