Joe

could you give more detail on the last qtr's cost drivers behind the 1/2MM loss and what is meant by "turning the corner" to profitability in the current qtr? I expect the drivers were installation expenses ect... which will be further offset by almost doubling of revenues in the current qtr? What degree of profitability do you expect? Is it closer to breakeven? Will profitability be tied to the sale of Muller Media or spin off of Cyberfax? For year-end March 1999 do we expect total revenues on our books to exceed $100MM? I come up with a qtrly revenue breakdown of: $6mm, $10MM, $17MM, and $25MM for a total of $58MM? Do you expect more than what I have here in the 3rd and 4th qtr? Have you heard anymore on the insider planned sale (FT)? Why aren't they waiting til year-end? Finally, any news on how we would go about squeezing the shorts? Again, thanks for all your DD. I'm just trying to provoke meaningful discussion and hope these questions are well received. I am verrrry long on dctc.

Joe,
For this qtr. are you including full reporting of Edge and TimeCom Jv? I get a much larger number than $17 mill. Maybe I am counting revenue to early for the JV??

Thanks for your reply.
